I love reading. And while I normally refrain from writing about terrible books, I need to make an exception. Some books are overhyped and aren’t worth the paper on which they’re printed.

Here are 5 of the most overrated books on the planet…

1) Brave New World By Aldous Huxley

One of my biggest regrets is paying full price for this book.

Brave New World is best described as a sleeping pill. From start to finish, it’s mind-numbingly dense. Honestly, I would rather stand in line at the DMV for twelve hours than read this again.

Of course, I understand how much of a groundbreaking book Brave New World was back in 1932. It was a really important work of Science Fiction that revolutionized the genre. But this book wasn’t for me. Not at all.
